Our Story
Devoted to Home was created in 2017 by Founder and CEO, Shelley Born.
After years in the financial services industry, Shelley saw retirement was changing for her clients. They went from enjoying traveling and spending time with family to being alone and overwhelmed trying to care for their spouses who were dealing with aging and other health conditions. Shelley researched the services in our community and realized there was a void that needed to be addressed. That was the beginning of Devoted to Home.
We now have a team of caregivers that go into the homes of our clients to assist them with all types of needs, whether it's assistance with housekeeping, laundry, shopping or the providing of personal care and respite services.
Shelley says, "It is so satisfying to see families being able to live at home longer because they are receiving quality care!" She is very proud of the caregivers on her team too!

Meet the Team
CEO/Owner
Shelley Born
Shelley founded Devoted to Home in 2017. She is the Owner, CEO and a Licensed
Practical Nurse. Shelley love's so many facets of her job. From working with our clients and
their families to working with our caregivers. We have a dynamic team who is so dedicated
to providing excellent care to our families. Interaction with our caregivers provides the
satisfaction knowing that we are fulfilling our mission!"
Shelley has so many passions and interests. Her favorite way to spend time is with
her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoys all of the outdoors activities that
Wyoming has to offer; from hiking, hunting, and fishing to horseback riding. Her all-time
favorite hobby is spending time with her horses.
Agency Administrator
Becky
Becky is our Agency Administrator and Supervisory Nurse. Her extensive nursing
background and experience has been a valuable asset to our team. She has severed in
many nursing roles over the years with a long tenure at the Sheridan VA Hospital. She also
worked as a federal surveyor and has a great understanding on the importance of
regulations to run a smooth Agency. Becky joined our team in 2019. Becky enjoys traveling
and spending time with her family, including her dogs who give her daily joy. She enjoys the
great outdoors and gardening.
Office Manager
Chelsea
Chelsea is the Office Manager at Devoted to Home. Chelsea came to us with several years
of experience caring for others. She has a huge passion for helping others. She joined our
team in 2024 and quickly became the go to person that keeps everything running smoothly.
She is the voice behind most phone calls to the office. She manages our caregivers and our
client’s schedules along with endless other responsibilities.
Chelsea loves to spend time with her family engaging in outdoor activities. She has two
boys that keep her busy when she in not in the office. She travels around the country with
her oldest son who is an avid travel hockey player.
